HOW DO YOU LIVE UNITED?  

People every single day are LIVING UNITED. They do it because something inside them inspires them to put their energy improving people's lives. When you reach out a hand to one, you influence the condition of all, that's what it means to LIVE UNITED.

Today's LIVE UNITED profile is about an artist named Andrew Wilkinson. He's part of a collaborative of very creative people who also volunteer to help the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen and the Mercer Coalition to End Homelessness.

Andrew created a compelling video called Loop Kitchen, which can be viewed below. In Loop Kitchen, Andrew merges footage taken from an active soup kitchen in Trenton, New Jersey, with video portraits of homeless individuals. The video forces viewers to confront the individuality of homeless people, even as it emphasizes how homelessness cuts across groups—young, old, black, white, male and female.
