BB&T SUPPORTS UNITED WAY OF BUCKS COUNTY “STUFF THE BUS”

By Mike Rainone

Established in 1872, BB&T has always believed that giving back is the most important part of being a good corporate citizen. Looking toward the future, the BB&T team is committed to sharing their strength and knowledge to enrich local neighborhoods through community development, leadership, and innovation. In fact our mission is clear. To make the world a better place to live.

At BB&T we are keenly aware that our students need assistance, not only with supplies but with learning fundamentals.  We are extremely proud to lend our support through Stuff the Bus, to the United Way of Bucks County, and to the students. These students are our future, and setting them on the correct course to success is a noble cause.

On behalf of all of the associates throughout the Greater Delaware Valley, BB&T is proud to continue our support of United Way Bucks County, and the many programs provided to the communities which they serve.

I encourage everyone to reflect on all you have been given, not only the materialistic possessions, and to make time to give back to those less fortunate.

Mike Rainone is Market President, Bucks and Montgomery counties.  He currently serves as Board Chair of Junior Achievement Southeastern PA, and as a board member of Kids Smiles.
