Last Chance for LUNAFEST!

LUNAFEST is tomorrow night at Bucks County Playhouse in New Hope at 7 PM, and it’s not too late to get your tickets! The film festival is only here in Bucks County for one night, and this is one of only 150 screenings nationwide.

LUNAFEST is made up of nine short films by women, for women and about women. The films run about 90 minutes in length all together. They range from animation to fictional drama and cover subjects such as motherhood, cultural diversity and breaking barriers.

This event is open to all women and men who are interested in exploring new perspectives and gaining insight on the experience of women, both around the world and throughout time. We do caution, however, that not all content may be appropriate for all ages and to use your discretion with younger children.

Proceeds from LUNAFEST will sponsor the Bucks County Women’s Initiative’s Mind, Body and Spirit programs, as well as the Breast Cancer Fund. Tickets are just $20, plus a $2.25 contribution to Bucks County Playhouse’s Restoration Fund.

Tickets can be reserved by calling Pat Gallagher at 215-949-1660 ext 111 or ordered online here: http://bit.ly/BucksLUNA2014. All tickets will be held at the Playhouse to be picked up upon your arrival.
