2007 RAFFLE RULES
| Raffle Rules One Grand Prize winner, one First Prize winner and one Second Prize winner will be picked from all eligible entries. The Grand Prize winner will be eligible to receive a Home Entertainment Package worth at least $5,000. The First Prize winner will be eligible to receive a vacation package provided by Thomas/Frosch Travel Service, a value not in excess of Two Thousand Dollars. Finally, the second prize winner shall be eligible to receive one 100 Second McCaffrey’s Markets Shopping Spree limited to two of any single item. Receipt of any prize is conditioned upon satisfaction of eligibility requirements as set forth in the Official Rules and Regulations of the United Way of Bucks County Raffle. The names of the winners will be drawn on April 22, 2008 at the United Way office, Fairless Hills, Pa. 19030 and announced at the United Way of Bucks County Annual Meeting to be held at Spring Mill Manor, Jacksonville Rd. Ivyland, Pa 18974. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received. Winner need not be present to win. Must be at least eighteen years of age to participate. Organizations, employees of United Way of Bucks County and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate in the drawing for, or receive, the Grand Prize. Organizations, employees of United Way of Bucks County and Thomas/Frosch Travel Service, Inc. and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate in the drawing for, or receive, the First Prize. Organizations, employees of United Way of Bucks County and McCaffrey’s Markets and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate in the drawing for, or receive, a Second Prize. Entry forms must be postmarked and received no later than 5:00 p.m. December 31, 2007. Only one entry per person, however, all entries which satisfy the requirements for the Grand Prize (subject to eligibility requirements) shall also be entered as eligible to receive the First and Second Prizes. No mechanical reproductions of this entry form are permitted. United Way of Bucks County is not responsible for lost or late entries or lost or damaged mail. No substitute will be made for the prizes except at the absolute discretion of United Way of Bucks County, Thomas/Frosch Travel Services, or McCaffrey’s Markets. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash. Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and charges due. Winners agree to participate in any promotional/publicity activities held in conjunction with this promotion, to include name and photograph in all media, including but not limited to, radio, television and print. Winners agree to release United Way of Bucks County, Thomas/Frosch Travel Services, Inc., and McCaffrey’s Markets from and against any and all liabilities completely.
