United Way strives to have an impact on Bucks County ’s most pressing needs. With the involvement of community residents, our unique fund distribution process determines the extent of need in our community and evaluates each agency and program on its ability to provide effective services for individuals and families. We invest resources where they will have the most impact through strategic program funding in three targeted areas.

Though careful planning and strategic investment, we work to address community needs, leverage resources and build partnerships that empower our strong network of service providers and the clients they serve. We are proud to work with thirty-four reputable agencies in our community to form a safety net for the vulnerable residents of our county.

In addition to solving community wide needs, United Way also takes a targeted community-based approach to specific problems. The Success By Six initiative helps to every child in Bucks County enters school ready to learn and succeed.
