Providing coordinated support is key to ensuring people in Bucks County overcome homelessness.

Locally, homelessness is nearly invisible – and therefore hard to address. That’s why we take a collaborative approach with our partner agencies. Through coordinated Street Outreach, we connect with the most vulnerable people in our community and get them on a path to stable housing.

INCREASING ACCESS TO STABLE HOUSING

The Street Outreach team responds and proactively reaches out to people in need of help. Dedicated coordinators work to meet the needs of those who are literally homeless – whether that means distributing food and vital supplies or providing information and guidance on housing resources.
