United Way Invites Community to Annual Breakfast

Registration open for hybrid event

United Way of Bucks County is inviting community members to attend its United for Good celebration, also known as the Annual Breakfast, on Friday, May 5.

The event, presented by Penn Community Bank, highlights United Way’s work and impact across the county over the past year. Individuals can attend in person at Bucks County Community College – Newtown Campus or stream it online starting at 9:00 am.

This year, the nonprofit will recognize several individuals and organizations with awards:

  • Matt Hanson, VP – Senior Regional Manager, Police and Fire Federal Credit Union, Board Excellence Award
  • One House at a Time (OHAAT), local nonprofit, United for Community Award
  • Julie Frantz, community volunteer, United in Service Award
  • Jeane Vidoni, President and CEO of Penn Community Bank, United for Impact Award

“We’re so grateful for the partners, donors, advocates, and volunteers who make our work possible,” says Marissa Christie, President & CEO at United Way of Bucks County. “This event is a chance to celebrate the way we all change lives together for good. It’s an opportunity to hear the stories of people we’ve seen flourish and recognize everyone who helps us make a difference in Bucks County.”

Registration for the United for Good celebration is open at www.uwbucks.org/united-for-good. In-person seating is limited, so the nonprofit recommends registering promptly. All are welcome and invited to attend free of charge thanks to presenting sponsor Penn Community Bank.

Any questions about the event can be directed to Katie Matarazzo at katiem@uwbucks.org.
