Imagine it’s the first day of school. You enter the building with your head down and feeling anxious because you don’t have the supplies you need to start school. You don’t have them because your family just couldn’t afford them this year.
From day one, you’re already behind. Imagine how it makes you feel about school and learning – even how you feel about yourself.
About 16% of children in Bucks County struggle to have even their most basic needs met. For them, school supplies are out of reach. And they enter the classroom unprepared to learn.
You can change that with a donation to Stuff the Bus.
Our goal is to provide 2,225 children backpacks stuffed with required school supplies. Backpacks will reach kids in every school district and community in Bucks County.

There are a few ways that you can help STUFF THE BUS!
1. Donate online: A backpack filled with required school supplies costs about $35 per child, but all donations are welcome!
2. Mail a check to: United Way at 413 Hood Blvd, Fairless Hills, PA 19030 with”Stuff the Bus” in the memo line.
3. Bring your donation of NEW school supplies to any of the STB collection sites on Monday 8/14 or Tuesday 8/15. A complete list of supplies can be found here.
4. Volunteer at Stuff the Bus.
